WildCull is sold by NexaCore Digital (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@nexacoredigital.co.
A licence to use WildCull for your own work on up to two of your computers. The licence does not expire. It includes every update released during the first 12 months after you activate it. After that your copy continues to work; new versions released afterwards require the optional update plan, which adds a further year each time it is purchased.
You may try WildCull, fully unlocked, for 7 days. The trial is limited to one per person and per computer, and is confirmed by an email code.
Payments are processed by Ziina; we do not receive or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars. Because the free trial lets you evaluate the complete product before paying, purchases are final and not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to one, or where we have made an error (for example a key that does not work). If anything is wrong with your key or payment, contact us and we will put it right.
Keep your key private. We may disable a key that is shared beyond the two computers it allows, or that is refunded or charged back.
WildCull analyses files on your own computer. We do not receive, copy or have any rights in your photographs. WildCull’s verdicts are automated measurements and suggestions; you remain responsible for which photographs you keep or delete.
WildCull is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will find every defect or that its suggestions are right for every photograph. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or lost photographs, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to purchases made while it is current.
