The short version

Your photographs never leave your computer. We collect only what is needed to run a trial, take payment and check your licence.

What we collect

Email address — when you start a trial or buy, so we can send your code or key and find your purchase later.
A hashed computer identifier — a one-way hash of your computer’s ID, so a licence can be limited to two computers and a trial to one. It cannot be turned back into your hardware details. We also store the computer’s name as you see it in your licence’s list of computers.
Licence activity — when a licence was activated and last checked.
Payment details — handled entirely by Ziina. We receive a payment confirmation and amount, never your card number.

What we do not collect

Your photographs, their contents, file names, folder names, camera metadata or the results of any analysis. WildCull does its work on your computer. (WildCull also downloads its detection model once when first set up.)

How we use it

To run the trial, deliver and verify your licence, send you your key, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Keeping it

We keep licence and purchase records for as long as the licence is valid and as long afterwards as we need for accounting and support. Ask us at support@nexacoredigital.co to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

Who else sees it

Ziina (payments) and our web hosting and email providers, only as needed to provide the service.
